Our current rotating menu:

Week One.

1. Lao Beef Laab with broccoli, edamame and pickled red cabbage. Served with steamed white rice and Nuoc Cham sauce.
2. Braai Pulled Beef Brisket with charred sweetcorn, sauteed cabbage and spinach and garlic potato mash. Served with Berbere sauce.
3. Lemon Fennel Chicken Pasta with broccoli, roasted courgette, pumpkin and Asian pesto.
4. Peri Peri Chicken with roasted courgette and capsicum, caramelized onion and garlic pumpkin mash.
5. Teriyaki Chicken with miso ginger broccoli, edamame and pickled carrots. Served with steamed white rice.

Week Two.

1. Chermoula Beef with roasted broccoli, roasted capsicum, caramelized onion and Braai spiced pumpkin. Served with a Chermoula yoghurt.
2. Rush Hour’s Beef with broccoli, sauteed cabbage and pickled carrots. Served with steamed white rice and Jeow Som (chilli, lime and coriander sauce).
3. Moroccan Pulled Lamb Leg with broccoli, shakshuka and lemon and herb pearl couscous.
4. Jerk Chicken with broccoli, charred sweetcorn, sauteed red cabbage and Jollof rice. Served with a Moroccan spiced yoghurt.
5. Lao Chicken Laab with broccoli, edamame and pickled red cabbage. Served with steamed white rice and Nuoc Cham sauce.
